Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Contact customers for overdue payments
- Explain non-payment issues and services
- Negotiate repayment with customers
- Ensure timely follow-up on payment dates
- Achieve collection targets as a team or individually
- Perform required tasks efficiently
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- No experience needed, fresh graduates welcome
- Good communication skills in Malay and English
- Computer literacy
