Responsibilities:

• Contact customers to remind overdue payments
• Explain non-payment and other product services
• Negotiate payment arrangements with customers
• Follow up effectively on payment arrangements
• Collaborate in a team to achieve collection goals
• Perform other related duties

Qualifications:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• No experience required
• Training provided
• Good communication skills in Malay and English
• Computer literate
