Job Description
To call customers/clients to remind on payment for past due account
To explain and clarify on non-payment and other product services
To persuade, negotiate and work with customers/clients for repayment arrangements
To follow up on promise to pay with customers/clients
To collaborate as a team to meet targets
To perform any related duties assigned
