Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Contact customers regarding overdue payments.
- Explain payment issues and product services.
- Negotiate feasible repayment arrangements.
- Conduct follow-up calls on payment dates.
- Work individually or as part of a team to meet targets.
- Perform other related tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; fresh graduates welcome.
- No experience required; training provided.
- Good communication skills in Malay and English.
- Basic computer skills essential.
Benefits:
- Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM2,200.00
- Commission on targets achieved.
