Job Description
To call customers/clients to remind on payment for past due account
To explain and clarify on non-payment and other product services
To persuade, negotiate and work with customers/clients on repayment arrangements
To follow up on promises to pay
To achieve targets collaboratively or individually
To perform other related duties
