Job Description
1. Carry out practical repair works for any issues related to the structure of the building immediately.
2. Responsible for the maintenance and servicing of all fire extinguishing systems, electrical systems, air conditioning systems, air compressors, etc.
3. Carry out general repair works, painting, installation of toilet requirements, and plumbing works according to standards.
4. Maintaining, operating all air conditioning systems and related equipment, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, building management systems and building repairs.
5. Coordinate repair works with suppliers and/or contractors.
6. Provide and be responsible during the establishment of displays or decorations.
7. Assist the Head of Operations in any assigned duties as needed.
8. To prepare for and manage outages, breakdowns and ad hoc repairs.
Job Qualification:
- Must possess at least a relevant Certificate/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or any equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in building/property is preferable.
- Experiences in retail/boulevard will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision.
- With a sense of responsibility and urgency.
- Ability to multitask and good communication with superiors.
- Good coordination skill with contractors/workers.
- Computer literacy (basic) is required.
