Job Description
- To provide assistance to tenants in the event of a breakdown.
- Troubleshooting, maintaining, and performing preventive maintenance on all power equipment, electrical equipment, and field instruments.
- Monitoring and ensuring contractors work according to the management’s requirements.
- Running through daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly checklists.
- Responding to emergency calls when directed by the company.
- Prioritizing work to complete assignments in a timely manner.
- Ordering equipment and parts through the administrator using purchase orders for goods and services necessary for continued operations as approved by the management.
- Assisting in new outlet openings with the retail operations team.
- Attending to any ad hoc equipment malfunction or other issues related to equipment and electrical repair.
