Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

As a Technician, you will be responsible for attending to breakdowns related to civil works such as plumbing, roofing, flooring, and windows. You will conduct routine building inspections, manage daily checklists, and ensure timely resolution of complaints. Your role also includes monitoring outsourced contractors, maintaining cleanliness in facility areas, and managing civil spare parts inventory.

Job Requirements:

We seek hardworking, disciplined, and honest local residents who are punctual, presentable, and can communicate in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
