Job Description
· Responsible for attending breakdowns for civil works such as plumbing, roofing, gutter, flooring, ceiling, window, etc.
· Perform routine inspections for buildings.
· Take readings according to daily checklists.
· Ensure timely resolution of all complaints and breakdowns.
· Assist and monitor outsourced contractors for civil works.
· Maintain cleanliness of the facility store and sewerage plant room.
· Manage inventory of required civil spare parts and update bin cards regularly.
