Job Description
- To provide field service support and troubleshooting to customers, including installation, commissioning, and testing of our electrical/electronic products.
- Analyze machine problems and take necessary actions to solve them.
- Escalate job to the manager if troubleshooting efforts are unsuccessful.
- Submit weekly reports.
- Maintain service response time and delivery to customers.
- Maintain a professional image at all times.
