Job Description
- The Technician is responsible for Setup/Maintain/Repair of Injection moulding facilities, such as Injection moulding Machine, auxiliary equipment, and other moulding related facilities.
- The position will require competencies that include molding, tooling, quality inspection, and minor supervision.
- Setup Machine according to Work Order requirement.
- Troubleshoot and adjust molding parameters to maintain quality and maximize production output while reducing rejection rate and maintaining production yield.
- Perform minor/basic repairs or maintenance on machines, tooling, and equipment and notify proper personnel of necessary major repairs.
- Provide proper operation training to Operators and ensure they understand the workflow and SOP.
- Coordinate Tooling and Equipment availability, repair, and maintenance.
- Have basic experience in handling ISO 9001/14001 & IATF 16949 documentations.
