Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Technician to join our team at the Clubhouse. As a Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of all technical systems and equipment within the Clubhouse facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspections for all technical equipment, including audio and visual systems, lighting systems, and HVAC systems.
- Perform repairs and troubleshoot any technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure a seamless experience for Clubhouse members.
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for the procurement of necessary equipment and spare parts.
- Maintain inventory records and ensure proper stock levels of technical supplies.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of audiovisual equipment for events and meetings held at the Clubhouse.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Technician or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing audiovisual systems.
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems and basic electrical principles.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
