Job Description
1. Responsible for managing and communicating with the team to execute assigned tasks.
2. Responsible for performing cleaning services, troubleshooting, and minor repairs for various types of air conditioning units such as Split Unit, Cassette Unit, Chiller, AHU, ACPU, WCPU, HVAC system.
3. Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning and cooling systems and equipment.
4. Ability to do wiring for plug points, distribution boards, etc.
5. Identify potential operational risks of the equipment.
6. Respond promptly and efficiently in emergency situations.
7. Maintain a daily log and record all maintenance activities.
8. Communicate with clients regarding work-related matters at their premises.
9. Adhere to tool standards and Occupational Safety and Health Act.
10. Comply with service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements.
11. Assist with customer inquiries.
12. Provide visual documentation for work reports to be given to customers.
13. Must possess a D license.
14. Must possess a GDL license.

Salary: RM1,500.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
