Job Description
Perform day-to-day IT support including network infrastructure, laptops hardware/software, printer, email, anti-virus, server, system data backup and restart accounting system, ensure all problems/incidents are resolved in a timely manner.
End-User Assistance:
- Provide first-line support to end-users, assisting with basic hardware and software issues.
- Learn to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems via phone, email, or in-person.
Hardware and Software Support:
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
- Learn to perform software installations, updates, and patches under supervision.
User Training:
- Participate in user training sessions to provide basic guidance on common software applications.
- Develop and update user guides and documentation with guidance.
