Job Description
We are currently seeking a Technical Support Executive (On-site) to assist our customers. You will diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues, and help our customers with any problems related to our products.
In the end, you will become the person our customers trust. They will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems.
Job Requirements:
- Encourage fresh graduates to apply.
- Any degree in IT-related fields such as Computer Management, Computer Science, Network Systems, Computer/Information Technology, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, etc.
- Experience in on-site technical support or related fields.
- Must have own transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
- Good customer interface and interpersonal communication skills.
- Understanding of customer satisfaction.
- Team player.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Required skills: Must have computer knowledge with a good understanding of desktop, server, network, and software programming.
- Must be a Malaysian citizen.
Job Description:
- Understanding of various technology issues ranging from networking, operating systems, databases to mobile devices.
- Install and configure computer systems either via phone or in person, diagnose hardware and software faults, and resolve technical and application issues.
- Engage in face-to-face or phone discussions to assist in system setup or issue resolution.
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and determine solutions for issues.
- Replace parts as needed.
- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
- Continuously work on a task until completion.
- Establish good working relationships with customers and other professionals in a prompt manner.
- Test and evaluate new technologies.
- Ability to write technical documentation as required.
- Provide training for certain products to customers.
