Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Increasing the company’s revenue at profitable margins.
- Responsible for growing revenue in the following:
- Aluminum Industry, Primary and Secondary
- Steel Industry, Local and Overseas
- Nickel Industry
- Responsible for growing OEM revenue including support to key partners
- For these industries and OEM you are responsible for:
- Refractory design, Bill of Materials, Heat Flow etc
- Application grade selection
- After sales service
- Guidelines for mixing, curing, and storage
- Responsible for promoting collaboration and a positive environment across the sales function and wider organization
- Ad-hoc support and delegation to other sales activities are required
Requirements:
- At least 5 years’ experience managing the sales and customer service function of a business
- Must be analytical and data-led
- Must have strong inter-personal skills
- Live in and have the right to work in Malaysia
- Fluent in English (Ideally also Malay and Mandarin)
- Plant location: Batang Kali, Selangor
