Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Technical Maintenance Manager to join our team at DY Power Systems (M) Sdn Bhd. As the Technical Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repairs of our technical equipment and machinery.
Your main duties will include developing and implementing maintenance procedures, coordinating with external vendors and internal departments, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing a team of technicians.
Key qualifications for this position include a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, proven experience in maintenance management, strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities.
We are looking for someone who can effectively prioritize tasks, work well under pressure, and demonstrate strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate should also have a keen eye for detail and be able to identify and address potential maintenance issues before they become major problems.
