Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation of our Slurp’s POS products and systems at customer sites, ensuring that they are installed and configured properly
- Provide onsite technical support to customers during the installation process and after installation is complete
- Ensure that all installations are completed on time and within budget
- Test and troubleshoot systems and equipment to ensure proper operation
- Provide training to customers on the use and maintenance of our company’s products and systems
- Maintain accurate and detailed installation records, including documentation of installation procedures, equipment specifications, and customer information
- Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure that customer needs are met
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our company’s installation and technical support processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience in technical installations and/or customer support will be advantageous
- Strong technical skills, including experience with installation and configuration of hardware and software systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to travel to customer sites as needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Eager to learn and advocate for continuous improvement
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
