Job Description
Minimum Requirements:
- Over 2 years of experience in repairing iOS and Android devices
- Fluent in English and another language
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Post-secondary education, e.g., STPM, A-level, diploma or equivalent
- Confident leader and public speaker
- Good commercial awareness and understanding of the market
- Valid class B driving license
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting technical training sessions for team members and workshop participants
- Leading and supervising remote technical teams
- Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
- Managing all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks
- Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions
- Installing hardware, configuring relevant software and drivers
- Maintaining and repairing smartphones, tablets, and similar devices
- Setting up networks and managing components
- Handling transactions with customers securely
- Issuing receipts, refunds, change, or documents accurately
