Job Description

FIXSENSEI is seeking a Technical Executive with a minimum of 2 years experience in repairing iOS and Android devices. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and another language, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). A post-secondary education (STPM, A-level, diploma, or equivalent) is required.

Your key responsibilities will include conducting technical training sessions, leading remote technical teams, providing customer support, managing on-site installations and repairs, diagnosing technical issues, and handling transactions with customers.
