Job Description
FIXSENSEI is seeking a skilled Technical Executive with over 2 years of experience in repairing iOS and Android devices. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and another language, possess proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and hold a valid class B driving license. A post-secondary education such as STPM, A-level, or diploma is also required.
Key responsibilities include conducting technical training sessions, leading remote technical teams, providing customer support, diagnosing technical issues, and managing on-site installations and repairs. The candidate must also maintain efficient networks and handle transactions with customers.
