Job Description
1. Conduct feasibility study for new RFQs by transferring and consolidating customer’s engineering BOM and taking the lead on the RFQ data sheet preparation.
2. Communicate, coordinate, and review with OEM, finance, technical, and sourcing teams for any discrepancies or technical issues.
3. Review, compile, and analyze supplier’s quotations and related project data.
4. Manage traceability of RFQ documents filing and data compilation records.
5. Develop detailed reports on cost/price analysis and recommend price adjustments.
6. Review and evaluate price variance requests and implement pricing annually.
7. Conduct meetings with the APQP team on VA/VE proposal ideas for cost merit activity reporting.
8. Coordinate projects following customer milestones and achieving APM’s KPI.
9. Additional duties may be assigned by the Head of Department.
