Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Assist customers with inquiries through various channels.
Resolve complaints and provide accurate product information.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service processes.
Maintain detailed customer records and escalate complex issues.

Pre-Requisites:

Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related fields. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential. Commitment to a 16-week internship is required.
