Job Description
Overview: Designing, configuring, and implementing solutions to meet the specific needs of clients. Work with clients/cross-functional teams to understand their business processes, analyze requirements, develop efficient and scalable code, and contribute to the entire software development lifecycle. Require a strong foundation in programming, problem-solving skills, and the ability to customize and integrate the platform to align with client business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Requirement analysis:
- Collaborate with clients/stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for customization and configuration.
- Implementation:
- Develop and implement custom scripts and workflows to extend system functionality.
- Customize forms, records, and fields to align with business processes.
- Integration:
- Integrate system with third-party applications and systems.
- Develop and implement data migration strategies.
- Training and Support:
- Provide training to end-users on system functionality and best practices.
- Offer ongoing support to clients, addressing issues and implementing enhancements as needed.
- Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough testing of system configurations to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Perform system audits and recommend improvements to optimize performance.
- Documentation:
- Create comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for future reference and knowledge transfer.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a software developer, or similar role.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Html, CSS).
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
- NetSuite certification is a plus.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
