Job Description
To prepare, maintain, and update brochures / company profile / website / sales & marketing material and assist BD in preparing business plans/strategies to promote services.
To prepare presentation slides, all the supporting documents for presentation and meeting purposes.
To prepare pre-screening / pre-qualification / tender / RFQ / RFP for non-core services.
To lead in preparing pre-screening / pre-qualification / tender / RFQ / RFP for core services whenever required.
Collaborate with project, finance, HR/admin, or technical department in any BDD related document preparation.
Coordinate with BD in outsourcing subcontractors for tender/pre-screening preparation.
To prepare MoU, partnership agreement, any BD related documentations.
To represent BDD in ISO related activities.
Assist in the preparation, review, and negotiation of contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Ensure that contract terms and conditions are favorable and in compliance with industry regulations.
Implement robust cost control measures to track project expenditures and identify potential cost overruns.
