Job Description
Join FIXSENSEI as a Technical Associate! We are looking for a skilled individual with a minimum of 1 year experience in repairing iOS devices.
Requirements include fluency in Malay or Mandarin, and conversational English. A valid class B driving license is required, along with secondary education qualifications such as SPM or O-level.
Your key responsibilities will include providing customer support during field visits, managing installations and repairs, diagnosing technical problems, and maintaining smartphones and tablets. You’ll also set up networks, handle transactions, and issue receipts.
