Job Description

FIXSENSEI is seeking a qualified Technical Associate to join our team. The minimum requirements include over 1 year of experience in repairing iOS devices, fluency in Malay or Mandarin and conversant in English, as well as effective interpersonal skills. A secondary education (SPM, O-level or equivalent) and a valid class B driving license are also essential.

Key responsibilities involve providing customer support during field visits, managing all on-site repairs and maintenance, diagnosing technical issues, setting up hardware, and maintaining smartphones and tablets. You’ll also be responsible for handling cash and card transactions with customers.
