Job Description
Join our team at FIXSENSEI as a Technical Associate! We are looking for candidates with over 1 year of experience in repairing iOS devices. The ideal applicant should be fluent in Malay or Mandarin and conversant in English. You will be a professional, personable individual with effective interpersonal skills and possess secondary education (SPM, O-level or equivalent). A valid class B driving license is required.
Your key responsibilities will include providing customer support during field visits, managing on-site installations, diagnosing technical problems, and maintaining smartphones and tablets. You will also handle cash transactions and issue receipts.
