Job Description

FIXSENSEI is seeking a motivated Technical Apprentice to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess some experience in repairing electronic devices, be fluent in English and another language, and have strong interpersonal skills. A minimum of secondary education (SPM, O-level or equivalent) is required. We value proactive and enthusiastic learners who are eager to develop their skills.

Key responsibilities include providing service and customer support during field visits, diagnosing technical issues, setting up hardware, maintaining smartphones and tablets, and managing well-functioning networks.
