Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Technical Apprentice to join our team at FIXSENSEI. The ideal candidate should meet the following minimum requirements:
- Some experience in repairing electronic devices.
- Fluent in English and another language.
- Professional and personable with effective interpersonal skills.
- Secondary education, e.g., SPM, O-level, or equivalent.
- Proactive and enthusiastic learner.
Key responsibilities include providing customer support during field visits, diagnosing technical issues, setting up hardware, and maintaining devices like smartphones and tablets.
