Job Description

FIXSENSEI is seeking a motivated Technical Apprentice to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess some experience in repairing electronic devices and be fluent in English, along with an additional language. A secondary education (e.g., SPM, O-level or equivalent) is required.

Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support during field visits, diagnosing technical issues, setting up hardware, and maintaining various technological devices such as smartphones and tablets. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to learning.
