Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Team Lead for Smart Stream Support. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Smart Stream support team and ensuring the efficient delivery of services to our clients.
Your main responsibilities will include coordinating and assigning tasks, monitoring team performance, providing guidance and support to team members, and resolving any escalated issues or complaints. Additionally, you will be expected to collaborate closely with other departments to improve processes, implement best practices, and ensure client satisfaction.
To excel in this role, you will need to have a solid understanding of Smart Stream technology, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Prior experience in a leadership role and a proven track record of successfully managing a support team are also essential.
