Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join us as a Team Lead for our RiskOps department. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of risk analysts to ensure efficient operations and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Your key responsibilities will include supervising team members, providing training and guidance, as well as resolving escalated issues. You will play a crucial role in driving performance and maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and a solid understanding of risk management principles. Prior experience in a similar role and fluency in English are highly preferred.
