Job Description
Join Agensi Pekerjaan iFORTE Sdn Bhd as a Team Assistant! Your role will support day-to-day operations through various administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files. You will also coordinate travel arrangements, serve as a point of contact for team members and external partners, and assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
To succeed, strong organizational skills, effective communication in English (both oral and written), and a positive attitude are essential. Previous experience in administrative roles will be an advantage.
Contract Type: 12 Months | Pay: Up to RM5,00.00/month | Schedule: Monday to Friday, Fixed Shift.
