As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will play a key role in finding and attracting the best talent for our organization. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting potential candidates for various job positions.
Your main responsibilities will include utilizing various platforms and tools to identify and engage with potential candidates, conducting initial screenings, and presenting qualified individuals to the recruitment team.
Some of your key tasks will involve creating and posting job advertisements, searching online databases for potential candidates, and building relationships with universities and professional organizations to expand our talent pool.
