Job Description
As a Talent Sourcer, you will play a vital role in identifying and engaging with potential candidates for our organization. Your main responsibility will be to proactively search for qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting initial screenings and assessments to determine potential fit. You will collaborate closely with the recruiting team to understand the hiring needs and requirements, and provide a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Your key skills include strong research and sourcing abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the recruitment process. You should have a keen eye for identifying top talent and the ability to engage with candidates effectively.
Experience in using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools will be an advantage. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
