Job Description
The Talent Researcher is responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent for our company. You will play a crucial role in building a strong and capable team by conducting thorough research and analysis of potential candidates.
As a Talent Researcher, you will utilize various platforms and tools to source potential candidates, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks. You will also review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization.
In addition to sourcing and screening candidates, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and team leaders to understand their specific needs and requirements. You will assist with the creation of job descriptions and job postings, ensuring they attract the right candidates.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent research and analytical skills, as well as a good understanding of the industry and market trends. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as you will be interacting with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
