Major Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and execute sourcing strategies using various channels.
• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process, from business unit requirements through to hire.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience associated with the brand.
• Foster internal and external relationships.
• Be knowledgeable through successful placements, reporting, and presenting data through market insights to bring back to the business and stakeholders.
• Able to effectively problem solve and make informed decisions across deliverables, timelines, and requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/HR or related disciplines.
• Min 3-6 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house talent acquisition), preferably within the medical device, healthcare, pharma industry.
• Full-cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to identify and address recruitment challenges creatively and efficiently.
• Strong time management skills and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong networking skills to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Ability to foster internal and external relationships and manage competing demands.
