Job Description
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned positions, from sourcing to final selection.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific talent requirements and execute hiring plan.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to build a robust pipeline of high-caliber candidates.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, cultural fit, and potential contributions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.
Collaborate with HR partners to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
- Report on recruitment metrics, offering insights to internal team members to improve current hiring strategy.
Requirements:
- Any other projects and tasks as reasonably required by the Company.
- Proven experience as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with the FMCG industry.
- Experience in hiring candidates across various seniority levels.
- Ability to handle a high volume of vacancies.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: RM4,500.00 – RM6,500.00 per month
