Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Partner (Japanese Speaking). As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a crucial role in recruiting and hiring top talent for our organization, with a specific focus on candidates who are fluent in Japanese.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Actively sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with candidates, providing them with timely feedback and updates throughout the hiring process.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Fluency in Japanese and English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in recruiting for technical positions, preferably within the IT industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
