Job Description
Working Location: Petaling Jaya, Kuala Lumpur
Tenure: 1-year contract renewable / converted to permanent
Salary offered: Up to RM 7,00 (Open for negotiation)
Job Descriptions
You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, to secure great talent for the company – both internal and external hires. You will be accountable for hiring manager satisfaction (communication, ease of process, effectiveness, candidate fit, speed), candidate relationship and satisfaction, and overall hiring quality.
Job Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the recruitment life-cycle, with a strong focus on direct sourcing, in Malaysia, Philippines, and regional countries.
- Discuss relevant recruitment strategies with hiring managers and use various channels to ensure maximum successful output.
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder, hiring manager, and candidate relationships.
- Share market knowledge with hiring managers and be viewed as “Talent Advisor” regarding recruitment-related best practices and processes.
- Ensure data accuracy throughout the process and provide timely reporting updates.
- Meet set goals for time-to-fill, cost per hire, recruitment satisfaction survey, and required applicant tracking updates.
- Participate in ad hoc team projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resource/human capital management or any related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the recruitment field. Experience in handling recruitment in the regional market will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)
- Good interpersonal and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously
- Candidates must be able to start work on a contract basis

Salary: RM5,00.00 – RM7,00.00 per month
