Job Description
A Takaful Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the operations of a Takaful (Islamic insurance) company. They play a crucial role in ensuring that the company complies with Shariah principles and operates in accordance with the guidelines set by regulatory bodies.
Their key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives, monitoring the underwriting and claims processes, and ensuring efficient operations. They also lead a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve targeted results. Additionally, they foster relationships with stakeholders, such as customers and reinsurers, to enhance the company’s market presence and profitability.
