Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Takaful Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our Takaful department.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing strategies to achieve the department’s goals and objectives.
- Managing a team of Takaful agents, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to promote Takaful products and services.
- Analyzing market trends and competition to identify business opportunities.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
- Preparing reports and presentations for management.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Takaful or insurance industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
