Job Description
Your Role:
- Develop and implement swimming training programs.
- Instruct swimmers on proper techniques and safety.
- Plan and conduct adaptive swim practices.
- Provide feedback and motivation during sessions.
- Ensure swimmers’ safety in compliance with facility rules.
About You:
- Experience as a swim coach preferred.
- Full training provided for beginners.
- Strong communication skills and a flexible schedule.
