Job Description
Kapr Advisory PLT is seeking a skilled Support Consultant to provide technical and functional assistance for ERP systems. In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve issues, guide customers through solutions, and collaborate with various teams to optimize business processes. Your responsibilities will include system configuration, training end-users, and staying updated on industry trends.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field, database management proficiency, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. Experience in customer support and knowledge of NetSuite are preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM3,500 – RM5,00/month | Schedule: Monday to Friday
