Job Description
We are currently looking for a Support Center Analyst to join our team. As a Support Center Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving technical issues promptly and professionally.
- Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records of actions taken.
- Creating and updating support manuals, FAQ documents, and knowledge base articles.
The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for customer service. Previous experience in a support center environment and knowledge of IT systems and software would be advantageous.
