Job Description
A Support Analyst role is now available at Atos. As a Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, resolving any issues they may encounter related to our products or services.
Your main responsibilities will include identifying and diagnosing problems, troubleshooting technical issues, and offering solutions to ensure smooth operations for our clients. You will also be involved in documentation and communication with other teams to collaborate on resolving complex issues.
The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also required as you will be working closely with clients.
