Job Description

Salary: Up To RM3500
Location: Shah Alam
Job Descriptions:
- Sales support for daily operational activities. Monitoring the sales and order process.
- Manage day-to-day inbound & outbound activities, stock transfer activities, and etc.
- Work closely with the sales team to proceed purchase orders, ensure smooth delivery.
- Communicate with logistics parties to ensure smooth operation.
- Follow up with logistics company regarding delivery order status/progress.
- Collect, analyze, and evaluate transportation fees.
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Operation/Supply Chain & Logistics Management or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of related field experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Proficient in Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia, and any local dialect.
- Flexible to work extra hours if necessary.
- Attentive, passionate, hardworking, well-organized professional with multitasking abilities.
- Effective in a fast-paced environment.
