Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Supply Chain cum Customer Service Executive. This is a key role that involves managing the supply chain process while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the entire supply chain activities, from sourcing raw materials to delivering the final product. You will also handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the order fulfillment process.
To excel in this position, you must have excellent organizational and communication skills. You should be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Additionally, a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential in managing the supply chain and resolving customer issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in supply chain management and customer service is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and supply chain management software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
