Job Description
- Handle invoices
- Process goods receipts
- Manage purchase requests and orders for local components
- Coordinate modifications
- Liaise with workshops and vendors
- Work closely with different departments for local fabrication
- Ensure compliance with specifications
- Collaborate on parts inventory and modification
- Conduct regular stock checks
- Perform ad hoc duties
The Successful Applicant
- Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, Supply Chain, or related studies
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
