Job Description
We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Supervisor-Steward to join our team. As a Supervisor-Steward, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and management of the stewarding department.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and training stewards in performing their duties efficiently and effectively
- Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in all areas of the establishment
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies as necessary
- Monitoring and maintaining equipment in good working condition
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
The ideal candidate should have previous supervisory experience in a similar role, strong leadership skills, and excellent organizational abilities. Attention to detail and good communication skills are also essential.
