Job Description
1. Responsible for supervising the smooth operation, motivating employees, and leading all production teams in achieving daily targets.
2. Collaborate as a team with Production Executives and Production Managers to ensure process improvements.
3. Coordinate with other departments involved to ensure production planning meets the expected targets.
4. Ensure production processes comply with HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and adhere to occupational safety and health procedures.
5. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
6. Provide training to new employees on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), HACCP, and GMP.
7. Report to the Department Head regarding any irregularities, production downtime due to machine breakdown or manpower shortage, and regular maintenance performed.
8. Assist in controlling raw materials production and handling excess products categorized as waste in an organized manner for recycling purposes.
9. Ensure production areas are safe, clean, and all processing equipment, including machines, are ready to start the production process.
