Job Description

We are looking for Supervisor Kindergarten to join Al Kauthar Eduqids Team.

Responsibilities:

In Al Kauthar Eduqids kindergarten, we have students from baby to 6 years old and Special Needs students. As supervisor, not just be someone who supervises the work of others. A supervisor is also responsible for coaching, resolving issues and serving as a link between team and upper management.

• Answer phones and greet visitors
• Monitoring staff and centre
• Collecting database, data payment and invoice
• Prepare communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
• Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
• Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or its equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position.
• Excellent in Microsoft skills.
• Passionate and possess good artistic sense and knowledge in managing work tasks.
• Candidates must be responsible, resourceful, and willing to take challenges.
• A team player and able to work independently.
• Ability to follow a brief to tight timeline.
