Job Description

Nss IT Solution is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Supervisor Helpdesk to join our team. In this role, you will manage technical support, oversee helpdesk tickets, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee troubleshooting, manage ticket prioritization, and prepare performance reports while ensuring compliance with SLAs.

Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, 5 years IT support experience, 2 years in a supervisory role.

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM5,00.00 – RM6,500.00/month
