Job Description
Supervise and lead a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and support.
Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and organizational objectives.
Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement, quality control, and maintenance, to ensure smooth production processes.
Implement and enforce quality control standards to ensure the production of high-quality food products.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any quality issues promptly.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions to promote a safe working environment.
Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Manage and optimize resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet production targets.
Maintain clear and effective communication with production staff, management, and other relevant departments.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of production activities, including production reports, quality control records, and incident reports.
