Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Supervisor (FLM). As a Supervisor, you will oversee a team of front-line workers and ensure the smooth operation of daily tasks and activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and training team members to achieve operational efficiency
- Monitoring and maintaining quality standards and service levels
- Identifying and implementing process improvements
- Managing schedules and resolving any issues or conflicts
- Assisting with performance evaluations and providing feedback
