Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor for our Dipping department. As a Supervisor – Dipping, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Dipping team, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key responsibilities include managing a team of Dipping operators, monitoring production processes, conducting quality checks, and implementing safety guidelines. The ideal candidate should have prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.
